By booking a session I confirm and understand the following:

• I will honor my scheduled time, and give at least a 12 hr notice of cancelations.
• When I arrive for my session I will:
  • Be on time. If I’m late this will cut into my session time.
  • Immediately pay Alena the balance owing for the session.
• During the session I will abide by the following rules:
  • I will always be respectful to Alena and her representative(s). If I am mean or hurtful, then it won’t be an enjoyable experience for anyone. The only one that’s allowed to be mean is Alena.
  • A safe word and/or sign will be established at the beginning of the session and if someone uses it the session will immediately pause.
• If any of the rules or broken or if Alena feels uncomfortable at any time the session will end immediately and no refunds will be provided.
• Alena will not be alone – she will always have a bodyguard nearby for her safety.
• I am aware that these activities may be hazardous and that I could be seriously injured or even killed.  I am voluntarily participating in these activities with knowledge of the danger involved, and agree to assume any and all risks of bodily injury, death or property damage, whether those risks are known or unknown.
